We currently do not accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed.

Damaged Products / Exchanges
We only offer exchanges in the rare event that your jewelry arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

To request an exchange:

Share a clearly visible unboxing video within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Once we assess the issue, we will:

Send a replacement, if the same item is available, or

Offer a full refund if it’s not in stock.

Please note: Return shipping is to be covered by the customer.
